Providing Counseling, Consultation, and Clinical Supervision

Judy is the owner of Positive Wellness, LLC. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor with the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Her area of expertise is working with women to assist them in resolving past trauma and elevate to the next level.  She has had the honor to assist others, male and female, in healing from traumatic experiences. She has experience treating children, adolescents, and adults who suffer from PTSD, anger, stress, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, sexual assault, childhood abuse, grief/loss.

As a trauma specialist, Judy utilizes an eclectic approach because everyone is unique. Together, you will work on identifying the root cause of symptoms and she will utilize evidenced base treatments to resolve it. Some of the modalities she uses in treatment include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Sandplay Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), motivational interviewing and mindfulness.

Through a collaborative approach, Judy joins her clients on a journey of self-exploration, growth, and healing. She can assist you in reconnecting with yourself, feeling grounded, and helping you manage your life more smoothly.

About Judy

Judy Green is the owner of Positive Wellness, LLC. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor with the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Her area of expertise is working with women, ages 27 to 55 to assist them in resolving past trauma.  She has experience treating children, adolescents, and adults who suffer from PTSD, anger, stress, anxiety, depression, sexual assault, childhood abuse, and grief/loss.

As a trauma specialist, Judy utilizes an eclectic approach. Together, you will work on identifying the root cause of symptoms and she will utilize evidence-based treatments to resolve it. Some of the modalities she uses in treatment include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sandplay Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness.

About Pamela

Pamela Green is a Licensed Associate Counselor who is licensed through the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Pamela offers telehealth appointments. Many of Pamela's clients come in to address challenges in their life including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, codependency, boundaries, life stressors, recent or past trauma, and grief. Pamela has experience working with mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, adjustment, and PTSD disorders. Pamela utilizes a number of approaches to aid clients in making decisions and resolving areas of difficulty in their lives.

Pamela is trained in a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Internal Family Systems (IFS informed), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Pamela strives to be empathetic, non-judgmental, and caring during the therapeutic process. Pamela will work collaboratively with clients to create goals that work for them. When clients first start therapy, Pamela will establish a strong working relationship where clients can feel safe, heard, and understood.

About Megan

Megan Moyer is a Licensed Associate Counselor who is licensed through the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Megan is strictly telehealth with afternoon, evening, and weekend availability. Megan specializes in working with adult women who suffer from anxiety, prenatal, postpartum depression, miscarriage/birth trauma, ADHD, and trauma. 

 

Megan shares that as a child she knew that she wanted to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of others. Her journey, experiences, and life passions led me to begin my education in the mental health field. As she began her mental health career in 2012 she discovered that working with females affected by trauma was her calling. Her role as a clinician began in 2021 where she continue working with women affected by trauma. 

 

One of Megan’s main goals is empowering women and assisting them in transitioning to wellness. This process and her approach are unique to each client and their needs. From identifying an ideal life, discovering and reaching goals, providing a safe place, and reprocessing difficult experiences, she works with her clients to get there.

Megan enjoys continually improving her knowledge and skills to enhance her ability to meet client needs. Megan is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS) and is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her current educational interests include women's related issues and experiential practices including somatic therapy. Megan currently provides telehealth services with weekend and evening availability.
